Nicholas DePrima, PsyD, ABPP-CNNicholas DePrima, PsyD, ABPP-CN is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist. He is a recognized specialist in clinical neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) and the American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology (ABCN).

Dr. Nicholas DePrima has extensive experience evaluating individuals with cognitive disorders in both hospital and clinic settings. He provides evidence-based neuropsychological assessments for dementias (Alzheimer’s disease, vascular, frontotemporal, Lewy Body disease, among others), movement disorders (Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis), traumatic brain injury (mild/concussion to severe injuries), stroke and cerebral hemorrhages, and other cognitive problems due to neurological or medical conditions. Dr. DePrima has worked in clinical research trials for Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. He has worked as a member of a comprehensive team for memory disorder clinics. Dr. DePrima performs pre- and post-surgical evaluations for Parkinson’s patients undergoing deep brain stimulations (DBS).

Dr. Nicholas DePrima completed his undergraduate degree at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. He completed his doctorate in clinical psychology at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He completed his predoctoral internship in the clinical neuropsychology specialty track at Jackson Medical Center/University of Miami. Dr. DePrima completed a 2-year post-doctoral residency in clinical neuropsychology at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.
