Dr. Cavalier's research focuses on the interplay between sleep disorders and neurodegenerative complications to improve patient care for those with well-described neurologic conditions.
“From a young age, I was drawn to the medical field. My grandfather was a distinguished professor of medicine and my mother is a practicing podiatrist. I became fascinated by science and desired to emulate my mother’s and grandfather’s character and passion for the field. During my medical training, I developed an interest in osteopathic medicine, which focuses on a whole-person approach to understanding people’s health beyond their symptoms. I quickly realized the field of neurology was a natural fit. As part of First Choice Neurology, I am able to provide a comprehensive experience and connect with a network of experts covering the many neurological subspecialties."
