Position Overview
Dr. Nivea Ribas, a distinguished epileptologist serving the Miami Lakes community, is seeking a full-time Neurologist to join her established and growing practice. Supported by Office Manager Jerry Reisman, the practice offers a collaborative clinical environment with a strong focus on high-quality patient care.
This position is ideal for a physician interested in epilepsy or looking to develop subspecialty experience under the guidance of an experienced epileptologist. While preference may be given to a female neurologist with an interest in epilepsy, all qualified candidates are welcome to apply, and mentorship will be provided.
About the Practice
The practice provides a comprehensive suite of neurological services, including:
• Electroencephalography (EEG)
• Electromyography / Nerve Conduction Studies (EMG/NCV)
• Ambulatory EEG
• Alzheimer’s research referrals
• General neurology services
Candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to a patient-centered environment while developing expertise in epilepsy and related diagnostic procedures.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation package is competitive and negotiable, with the anticipated salary range between $300,000 and $350,000.
Options may include:
• Straight base salary, or
• Lower base salary with productivity-based bonus structure, depending on candidate preference and experience.

Qualifications
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Interest in epilepsy is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork
