First Choice Neurology is a well-established, physician-led neurology group with multiple locations throughout Florida. Our South Miami office is home to a collaborative team of 7 neurologists dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered neurological care in an outpatient setting.
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will work closely with our neurologists to provide comprehensive outpatient neurological care. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected and expanding practice with strong administrative and clinical support.
Responsibilities
• Conduct patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and assessments
• Perform detailed neurological examinations
• Develop and implement treatment plans under physician supervision
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, EEG, EMG, etc.)
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Document encounters are accurate and timely in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications
• Active Florida PA license
• Board certified (NCCPA)
• Experience in neurology preferred (but not required)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
