Dr. Starosta-Rubinstein received his medical degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in Caracas, Venezuela.  He did his neurology residency at the University of Minnesota/Ramsey Medical Center.  Dr. Starosta-Rubinstein received his subspecialty fellowship in movement disorder and his subspecialty fellowship in neuro-oncology from the University of Michigan.  He received a Master's Degree in Clinical Research Design and Statistical Analysis from the University of Michigan, School of Public Health.
