Join the Area Agency on Aging of Broward County and the Broward County Dementia Care & Cure Initiative Task Force as they host the Empowering Caregivers Conference for caregivers of those with Alzheimer’s disease & related dementia. This conference is relevant for both individuals caring for a loved one and professional caregivers. This event is free for all Broward Older Adults & Caregivers.
